Question

Had a tummy tuck 2 years ago. IMy hips seem to have extra fat/ skin and seem uneven. Do I have dog ears?? opted not to have belly button surgery due to keloid in the past. But now I’m ready to have belly button surgery Can this revision of my waist/ hips and belly button be done in office under local or do I have to be put under and have procedures done in OR?

It appears some liposuction could further sculpt your curves and enhance your results.  I'm not sure what happened with your belly button, so your surgeon would need to discuss that with you.  From the photos you would likely get the best result if you had general anesthesia.  It would give your surgeon a greater ability to address your concerns.

Based on the ICC series, post photos, first question where is your belly button? A rebuilding a revision of belly button is something that must be done under general anesthesia, followed by which a complete revision of your tummy tuck with extension and improvement of lateral dogears with excision and liposuction is indicated. Therefore, all this is a secondary tummy tuck procedure in general terms. Expect fees to range from $10,000-$15,000. Best of virtual consultant with.

It appears your belly button was removed during the first procedure.
Because of that you don’t have a belly button to work with.
It looks like you have dog ears, which are most likely primarily due to skin laxity on your sides.
It looks like you’ve had a previous Liposuction so further Liposuction probably isn’t going to do much.
 Liposuction of your back would give you a more natural fat distribution compared to your waist and love handles.
Follow up with your provider or schedule a few in person consultations.
Some plastic surgeons may attempt to create a new belly button, but these typically don’t look very natural.
Ask to see before and after pictures before committing to having a non-typical procedure.
If the surgeon doesn’t have before and after pictures, then they probably don’t have a lot of experience.
Creating a new belly button is not very common.
