Is Emsculpt Neo safe for organs?

Hello, I am wondering if the Emsculpt Neo is safe for the organs?  From my understanding, it has not been around long enough to know for sure enough. It seems that 30 min. of RF directly on the abdomen could be risky, coupled with the HIFEM.  I would love to better understand the science to be certain this is safe.  Thanks in advance!
