Flanks not even - can this be fixed under local anesthesia? (Photo)

Hello! I had my tummy tuck in December! I am so happy with my results but as all the swelling has gone done I see one of my sides more laxed than the other, and it’s creates a small bulk on one side. Because of this my curves don’t seem even. I have a revision with my doctor soon and I want to be prepared to address it. Is this fixable with local anesthesia? Please any advise you can give is appreciated
