How can I bleach hyper pigmentation if I am allergic to hydroquinone?

I want to ask how can I bleach hyperpigmentation caused by PIH like old scars, while I suffer from atopic dermatitis? When I tried a cream with hydroquinon it was a big mistake, my pigmentation became worse! My whole area where I used hydroquinon became red for some days and then turned to brown. Still have pigmentation after 5 years.I tried natural cream with slyslic acid and got an eczema cause my skin is sensitive Can u recommend a good cream for me? oil/serum?What should I try for bleaching?

Try non HQ Melarase AM

I would suggest creams without HQ; such as Melarase AM followed by Melapads.

Hyperpigmentation On Face -- Clear + Brilliant/Viva, Microneelding/PRP, Skin lightening, Aerolase

There are many options that are non hydroquinone. I suggest you see an expert for laser and skin lightening.  Best, Dr. Emer.
