The fat that is liposuctioned can be harvested and use for augmentation of your breast. You have a deficiency of breast tissue superiorly, which can be improved with fat. The lift would improve your areola size and droopiness of your breast. The fat placed in strategic areas superiorly would give you that fullness without making your breasts too large. However, if you choose to have an implant that also, can yield a good result.
