Based on my photos, could BodyTite or other lipo give me results similar to the last photo?

Question

Female 58 5'8 155lbs complete hysterectomy 24 yrs ago and no replacement hormones. The last pic is me simply pulling up on thighs with my fingers. I dont want the long scars and live alone and wouldnt have recovery help so afraid of a thigh lift. Looking for recommendations on what procedure could provide an acceptable result. I have strong legs with good muscle tone underneath.

Hi. looking at the photos you provided the best treatment course of action to get you to your desired results would absolutely be a leg lift. However, if this is not the route you are looking to go, there are other options. BodyTite is going to go in and remove excess/ unwanted fat from the treatment area however, it will not necessarily lift and tone the legs in the manner you are looking to achieve. What I would recommend is a series of Morpheus8 (paired with BodyTite if you are looking for fat reduction as well). Morpheus8 is Radiofrequency microneedling. This treatment is going to tighten the skin while burning small amounts of fat, helping to contour and sculpt the legs. BodyTite is designed to improve skin tone for those with mild to moderate skin laxity.  Though you should have some improvement from treatment, the "wish pic" is not realistic due to the degree of current skin laxity.  A thigh lift would be needed for a more dramatic result.

Unfortunately a thigh lift is the only option that would allow your legs to look like they do when you pull the excess skin up like in the photo.
