Question

I’m 6ft tall, have an hourglass figure but my breast are disproportionately small compared to the rest of my body. They have always been this was but since losing a significant amount of weight this has worsened. If I wear dresses or tops without a bra I either appear to have no boobs or they look saggy as all the volume is in the base of the breasts and there’s nothing in the top half. I don’t want massive breasts or for it to look like I’ve had them done, I just want the volume and shape to be more balanced. I also work in the emergency services so the 6 week recovery associated with normal breast augmentations is not doable for me. I’m desperate to have them done as they knock my self confidence so much.

Your breasts are low on the chest wall with very little upper pole fullness. I recommend a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Ypou have droopy breasts, the optimal treatment should be a lift with implant. If you don't desire a lift; even with MIA or Preserve, we can also combine with plasma tightening to make breast firmer; but not an optimal result like a breast lift. With plasma and MIA or preserve the healing and downtime is the same.
