Pigmentation in groin. What can I do? (Photo)

I had put on some weight during my exams and subsequently when I got active again, as I walked due to friction between my thighs,I developed pigmentation in the groin area and it's very embarrassing. Kindly help me lose the pigmentation.

Thanks for your query. You can apply kojic cream twice a day .This will help in lightening out your pigmentation.
