Blending your radix into your forehead would look unnatural, which we always try to avoid. Taking the bump down and blending that into a nice tip refinement would look great as well as very natural. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.
Hello and thank you for your question and the pictures. Addressing the shape of your nose (especially the nasal tip) is actually one of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty. An open septorhinoplasty can best address both your aesthetic concerns and any functional issues with your nose. I would be able to adjust the size, shape, and definition of your nose (particularly the tip)! This truly is a surgery of millimeters- and whether you're looking for a minor adjustment or a major transformation, it requires exceptional surgical skill to achieve functional and natural-looking results! Because your nose is the DEFINING feature of your face- I would only recommend seeing a surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty procedures, and who has significant training and experience performing these surgeries. I actually trained under one of the world leading rhinoplasty experts (who performs 1,000+ nosejobs annually). I recommend for you to setup a formal consultation with me (or another plastic surgeon who is extremely comfortable with rhinoplasties) to thoroughly discuss your surgical goals, undergo a formal examination, evaluate your options, and develop a personalized plan just for you. I hope this helps!Dr. Donald GrovesAesthetic Plastic Surgeon
In our experience, microdroplets Silikon 1000 nasal injections are an excellent consideration for camouflaging small dorsal nasal bumps. This can lead to a straight nasal profile appearance. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
Anything that can be achieved with non surgical rhinoplasty can be achieved with surgical rhinoplasty, mostly better and permanent. If all you are looking for is radix augmentation then non surgical rhinoplasty is an excellent choice, however, the results will last about 16 -18 months.
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a much better candidate for a surgical rhinoplasty. A non-surgical rhinoplasty would simply raise the level of your radix, which would make your forehead blend straigjt into your dorsum. That would not be a good look. A better option for you would be a dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, and nasal tip deprojection. I think this would overall be the best result. Although it is possible to surgically augment the radix, I just don’t think that would be a good look for you . With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Reish, M.D.Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
The height of your radix is acceptable, and you do not want to augment that area further with temporary injectables. Consider a surgical closed rhinoplasty to shave down the dorsal hump and reduce the bulbous nasal tip with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose.
Adding volume or augmenting, the nose is typically done using Cartlidge graft.Grafting tissue is quite different than injecting fillers.Best,Mats Hagstrom, MD
However, I'm not sure that it is worth undergoing another rhinoplasty surgery. You do not have a long tip, but rather it's over projected, which means it sticks out a drop too far from your face. Perhaps things looked more proportional when you had additional swelling on the bridge of your nose....

Hello!Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand from your question it would be right to be examined by an ent doctor as soon as possible early intervention is very important. It would be better face to face consultation. Best Regards!
