How to time tip plasty with lip lift - should they be performed at the same time?

Getting deep plane facelift, endo brow lift and revision lip lift in October (original surgery 2.5 years ago). I have always had a hanging columella and it's much worse since my lip lift. My nostrils are pulled too. The doctor I'm seeing does NO nose work. Would it be wise to get my tipplasty (rhino/columella) and lip lift together 3 months before surgery (from a different doctor) OR get the revision lip lift with him in October than a rhino/ top plasty 6 months later? I am scared my columella/ septum isn't strong enough to hold the lip lift in place if I revise it alone without addressing the columella. Any advice in how I should stage these? Are dropping columellas usually a sign of weakened cartilage/ septum area? I just want the lip lift to stay put this time! (Yes she used double layer stitches before and adhered it to the base of the nose). Not sure what went wrong.
