I have had bad skin for years i have tried lots of over the counter remidies as well as prescription nothing seems to help i have the spots on my cheeks and top of back

Acne not responding to OTC meds

I would go see an acne specialist or Dermatologist. This can be controlled with topicals in most cases such as Retin A, Clindamycin, and Benzyl Peroxide. Sometimes laser treatments are needed to improve scarring or to get better control of the acne.
