I am over 1 year post op now. I have always had a bit of a gap between my breasts and I was fairly happy with my implants for like most of the last year. on birth control I gained a lot of volume in my breasts and they looked great. I recently came off birth control so that volume came away and i also lost a lot of weight so my chest is bonier overall But I noticed the gap between my breasts seems bigger - almost too big, but I’m not sure if it was always that way? I also noticed one breast hangs lower than the other. They really looked great for a while but now I noticed how bad they look and im not sure if it’s weight loss or lateral displacement

Hi! I was wondering if you could tell me if my breasts look tubular/tuberous. I’m also thinking about getting implants and wanted to know if implants alone would work or if I’d likely need a lift. I’ve never had kids. Thank you.

I don't know what to do. I am 37 and breastfed all 4 of my children for almost 9 years total. I am now 2 years out from that and my breasts are totally deflated. I am in great shape and workout 5+days a week. I feel like my nipple is in an okay place and I don't need a lift but my skin quality is not what it used to be. My boobs have grown and shrunk so many times. I love the idea of a subfascial placement but I also want the most runway from this procedure. Ideally I would like these to age well and I care more about that than how they look for the next 5 years. I am only interested in a smaller implant size, I'm thinking anywhere from 180-275ish. I am 5'10 and weigh about 128 pounds. Also with the subfascial I have very little tissue to hide the implant and it's not like my skin is getting any thicker. I don't love the idea of under the muscle because of how I workout but if there is an advantage to that long term I will do it. Just wondering what everyone thinks, a lot of younger surgeons are all about the sub facial but even with my skin quality? not sure. any suggestions advice would help.

I want a tummy tuck because of my c-section hang. However, my hip dips are very deep, and I hate how they look in clothing. I’m undecided about which to get done first. I really don’t want to have multiple surgeries.

If I want to get my tubes tied, can it be done during a tummy tuck by an OB- Gyn while the plastic surgeon does the tummy tuck? if it should not be done together, should i do the tube tying first and how long would you recommend waiting in between? Thanks!!

Wondering whether I am able to get a tummy tuck. I have chronic atrophic gastritis, iron deficiency and pernicious anemia. I take vitamin B12 and iron. Am I safe? Will the plastic surgeon clear me to get it done? I also would like to get lipo 360 and a mastopexy with the tummy tuck. the following year, I would like to get lipo on the back and arms and an augumentation. I understand its a lot of surgery but I lost a lot of weight and would like to treat myself.

Wondering if i need an extended TT because I dont habe concerns on my lower back or sides, just the front of my hips and abdomen. Is that still extended?

Most concerned with tip projection.

I have a crooked nose and a slight hump and dropped tip, but because it’s crooked, it appears longer with a harsher bump on my right side than my left side. Would straightening my nose help with the length and hump without changing too much of its shape?

Hello there, iam looking to get a rhinoplasty to make my nose straighter. Would i benefit from one?

HI, I know alot of surgeons do a tt same time as bbl, but if you have the time to recover, isn't it logistically safer and better to do them separate to allow for better healing. When sitting on bbl pillow, aren't you putting pressure on lower thighs and cutting off some circulation to buttock?

I'm 38, have had 5 pregnancies (1 c/s), and have lost about 100 lbs. This has resulted in significant skin sagging everywhere, and loss of volume in my butt. I'm 5'4" and about 120 lbs. I initially was thinking of getting a BBL, followed by a separate tummy tuck - the main reason being concerns about recovery (how to sleep when you can't lay on your tummy OR your butt?). It also seemed logical to me that you would want to have some fat in your abdomen to harvest for the BBL, so I was planning to do the BBL first. But when looking at patients with similar body types after significant weight loss, it seems like lower body lifts are being recommended. I'm fairly certain my butt is too saggy to "re-inflate" from BBL fat transfer alone, and that no matter what, some kind of traditional "lift" will be necessary for my butt, due to all the loose skin. Would I be a candidate for a lower body lift? Can a lower body lift be combined with BBL? The loss of butt volume is my priority concern (TT would be secondary), and it seems like a lift alone would help tighten up the skin, but would not help with butt volume. What procedure(s) might help give me the results I am looking for?

I’m a 35-year-old and I had a pregnancy when I was 16 and through the years I’ve been gaining and losing weight and I feel very uncomfortable with my body specially, my breast after I had my baby my breast got saggy and has been bothering me for years. Do I really need a tummy tucktuck? I’m planning on losing more weight. It’s been hard. It’s not easy anymore. I do want my back and waist to look slimmer and I’ve seen that some surgeons make the belly look with muscle and pretty. I don’t think I need a BBL but maybe a lift would be OK cause I do have good volume in my butt. I am very worried about the tummy tuck scar. I’ve seen some are pretty bad and I’ve seen some doctors make i the scar look thin. I do have a scarf from a myomectomy from 2024. I’m curious to see how much will it cost me in what I need in my body. Thank you.

69 y.o. 5'2" 34Hh hoping to reduce to D cup. Had mastopexy years ago, is it called reduction with revision? Likelihood of complications. No hypertension, cardiovascular disease or diabetes. Advice on prep and aftercare. Eczema

How effective is this procedure please

I got my breast augmentation in 2018 in Medellin Colombia by Juan Diego Mejia Jimenez. i got 425 ccs gummy implant placed under the muscle. Ive been pregnant twice since my surgery in 2018 My first pregnancy i had no complications, my secong pregnancy my nipples started leaking clear fluids. At first the leaking would come and go but now there’s more fluid. The fluid is clear/slightly yellow and it makes my nipple stick to my bras and pulls the skin off the areola. What should i do? I got my breast augmentation outside of my country and to my knowledge , the surgeon who performed on me no longer does breast augmentations.

Hi, I am a 36 year old female and for some time now I have noticed the right side of my face appears to be ‘lazy’ and wondering what could be causing this or if it is just part of the aging process? The left side of my face is still quite youthful and tight even though I have always slept on my left side. It is particularly noticeable when I smile and you will see in the photos my right eyelid is lazy and my right lip and cheek droop down which causes a puckering of the skin around my mouth on that side. Wondering what surgical options could help with this? Or should I wait until my 40’s and have it corrected once I am ready for a full facelift? Thank you

Please help! What areas of my face should I focus on to help make my face look less tired and more lifted. I also want to look into under eye fat transfer or maybe orbital rim implants. I’m not tired in this picture, I just have heavy eyelids.
In 2021 I have my large intestine removed and reversed , I now have a jpouch I wanted to know can I still have a lipo

hello, I have an eyelid that lies lower than the other. I know that things such as spacer grafts exist for correcting it, but I am also wondering if it is possible to do the opposite and rather than bringing the one eyelid up bring the higher eyelid lower, such as a lateral canthoplasty?

Dear all, I am getting married next year and of course I’d like to look my best self! I got an eyelid surgery 3 years ago because I had uneven eyelids. Now, I am left with scars longer than my eye lid fold and a very round eyeshape. Before they used to be more almond. overall, I am quite disappointed in the final results I will be visiting Vietnam this year and was thinking about getting a revision done. My question would be: is It possible to remove the scars with eyelid revision? I was thinking to only have the outer eyelid fold worked on to minimize risk that it will become worse and change the shape of my eye. After my first surgery i am very scared of undergoing this surgery again with even worse Results, but I am also not happy with the current state. :( Perhaps there is a non-invasive method that could work for me too? Thank you so much I will be looking forward to your answers!

Iam so lost and self conscious what is best eyelid surgery should i get to make my eyes look better should i even consider orbital rim reduction upper blephroplasty what can i do ?
31 year old female, newly postpartum and breastfeeding. I asked here before if a temporal brow lift would correct my hooded eyes. Now I’m wondering if just a bleph would be sufficient as I read it can be done under local anesthesia where I am breastfeeding. I have found over the last 4 years my eyes have increasingly become more hooded where I look sad , tired and makeup doesn’t look right. I’m not sure if it’s my brow falling from my brow bone or if excess skin.…. Possibly a mixture of both. my right eye had a uveal melanoma which was treated with brachytherapy over a year ago which is why it looks retracted. That eye also seems to have more excess skin since the treatment. Any recommendations for a treatment plan from surgeons including lasers etc is greatly appreciated. I’m getting married May 2027 and want to look my best.

my eyelid on my left eye has been like this since i was very young and my vision isn’t the best in that eye it’s alao a bit cross eyed. I wonder if surgery would help or just a waste
