I didn't notice a huge difference in my acne (good or bad) on adapalene .1%, will I see a difference with the .3%?

Adapalene is a great choice in the treatment of your acne as it exfoliates, clears blackheads, and can even help with inflammation. If you did not notice a dramatic difference with the 0.1% variety, you may notice a greater difference with the 0.3% version. Be sure to apply it to clean, dry skin, and give it at least 6-8 weeks to notice consistent improvements before judging if it is the right topical for you.
