Should you go ahead with the rhinoplasty, I'd say the main technical focus has to be on the tip, alae and surrounding annexes:
-undefined tip
-boxy tip with verticalized lateral cruras (aka parenthesis tip)
-alar rim retraction (ascension)
-oversized soft triangle
-if you wished so, slight filing down of the hump

It is a complex type of structure rhinoplasty, to reassure yourself the surgeon is experienced, skilled and talented.

In general, if people do not have severe dissatisfaction with their nasal appearances, for an extended. Of time, rhinoplasty surgery may lead to satisfaction in the postoperatively. As far as I can understand from your question you have a low nose tip, your skin structure is thick, but this is not an obstacle for you to have an operation, the healing process may take up to 2 years compared to normal and thin skin. it is possible to achieve a more harmonious and elegant appearance to your face, for this I recommend you rhinoplasty operation.

Based on limited photos - it appears that you may benefit from Cosmetic Rhinoplasty preferably performed through a closed technique ( no scar across columella ) . I suggest that you seek an experienced Rhinoplasty Surgeon with a wide gallery of before+after photos

Your dorsum is almost straight but has a little concavity and the tip is poorly defined and slightly widened. You may benefit from a rhinoplasty.

Hello and thank you for your question. First and foremost, only seek rhinoplasty if you want to change your nose. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers.
