I’m 19 years old and wondering whether I really need a rhinoplasty or not. I get mixed feedback from others. Honest opinions appreciated — do you think I should go for it or not?

Based on limited photos - it appears that you may benefit from Cosmetic Rhinoplasty preferably performed through a closed technique ( no scar across columella ) . I suggest that you seek an experienced Rhinoplasty Surgeon with a wide gallery of before+after photos

Answer: Rhinoplasty Your dorsum is almost straight but has a little concavity and the tip is poorly defined and slightly widened. You may benefit from a rhinoplasty.
