Nose is lopsided. Is septorhinoplasty worth it to fix one side of the nose? (Photos)

Hello and thank you for your question. Addressing the shape of your nose (especially the nostrils and tip) is actually one of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty. An open septorhinoplasty can best address both your aesthetic concerns and any functional issues with your nose. I would be able to straighten your nose, and adjust the size, shape, and definition of your nose (including making the nostrils and tip more symmetric)! With rhinoplasty, doing less actually leads to WORSE results, because you need to fully open things up and solidly reinforce the underlying structural framework to resist all the distorting and warping forces of scarring that occur in the years after surgery. Anyone that tells you otherwise is doing you a huge disservice!

This truly is a surgery of millimeters- and whether you're looking for a minor adjustment or a major transformation, it requires exceptional surgical skill to achieve functional and natural-looking results! Because your nose is the DEFINING feature of your face- I would only recommend seeing a surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty procedures, and who has significant training and experience performing these surgeries. I actually trained under one of the world leading rhinoplasty experts (who performs 1,000+ nosejobs annually).

You are an excellent candidate for a rhinoplasty and septoplasty for a deviated septum. The procedure would correct both sides of the nose to create symmetry.

Based on your photos, and on your narrative, I would recommend leaving septorhinoplasty surgery as a last resort, especially since you don't have any trouble breathing through your nose. Based on what I see, you may have a small indentation along the left side wall of your nose which is causing a lopsided appearance. That could also be the reason why you prefer your right profile view better than your left. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections maybe considered for achieving a permanently straighter nasal appearance without the inconvenience, expense, and downtime associated with rhinoplasty surgery. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. All of these maneuvers can be used to straighten your nasal tip. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result.
