im 23 years old, have a possible deviated septum. functionally i have little problems with it, but aesthetically the front of my nose is lopsided. i am very happy with the right side my nose (no mole on cheek) but the left side ruins all my pictures (mole on that cheek). septorhino is an intense procedure and i wouldnt have the money for a revision. Is it possible in my case to have very conservative work? Only work on one side of the nose? To avoid as much complications as possible?
