It seems like your right pocket is a little too large, which allows it to slide off to the side of your chest when you lay down, makes the breast less round, and gives you less upper pole fullness on that side- it's actually got a name- lateral displacement. I correct this with the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique, which would allow me to tighten up your pocket just a little bit which will restore the roundness and upper pole fullness. I first developed this technique over 20 years ago and today it is the most common revision I perform, 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts!

It is possible that you had this asymmetry prior to surgery and it is now more obvious when there is more volume. Other potential causes may be that because of the large implant size, the weight may be too heavy leading to the drooping. Another option could be early capsular contracture. I encourage you to visit with your surgeon to discuss your concerns.

Your heavy size has sagged some because of the weight, and one has shifted. I only use smooth round implants to avoid the long term risks of shifting and changing the shape. I would suggest exchanging them for smooth round implants and going somewhat smaller. Otherwise, you will just continue to sag with time.
