I’m getting BA next month and I’m worried that a 375cc moderate profile silicone would be still small. I want it to be big that it covers my frame but not too big. I have one child and I pumped for 6 months. I use to be a 32c (small c), I would say I’m still about that size but they’re more gaps now. My breast base width is 12.5. And he told me the base of the 375cc moderate profile is 13cm. Would a 375cc cover my frame and bring me to a 32dd?

Bwd is 11.5, breastfed 2 kids, mid 20s, I know I will need a full anchor lift but I would like to get around 380cc. My issue is I really want to help limit the spacing between my breast. A few drs i consulted with said im narrow ans a HP implant would work best. But I like a more natural tear drop shape and feel a moderate one could help close the gap if it’s within my BWD. For reference I’m 5’3 and around 110lb.

Hi, I received my tummy tuck last August. I am happy with the tummy tuck itself however my scar is awful. It was hypertrophic so my PS had given me two rounds of steroid injections within the last few months. Unfortunately I have noticed various burst blood vessels and I now have what appears to be a dent in the right side where the steroid injections were also used. Can anybody advise me on what to do about this?

I'm a fit , 5'6 125 pound, 59 yr old woman hoping to get a tummy tuck & face lift before I retire in a few years, & have working income to pay it off. I have 30 yr old post partum stretch marks with lax abdominal skin that I have wanted to repair forever but have not had the $. This is a big deal for me & something I have thought about forever but could not afford due to family responsibilities. Am I too old for a tummy tuck with expectations of bikini worthy abs? The stretch marks are pretty deep. Also, where are reputable surgeons with great track records that I can realistically afford having this done? I am about 6 hours away from my surgeon. I will be driving down for the surgery, and plan on staying local for about 4-5 days, then driving back home to continue recovery as long as I am stable without complications. I will drive back to the office for an 11-day post op follow up, staying one day, then driving back home. Will this be doable after a tummy tuck and breast lift? To clarify, I'm not actually the one driving, my husband will be driving the vehicle both ways. I am a NP, my sister is an ICU RN and will be taking care of me. I am aware of post-op risks, I am concerned about messing up my tummy tuck or breast lift, or even the discomfort, riding in a car for 6 hours.

Hey all! I have been researching HEAVILY on plastic surgeons for years now (I am now 30 and have wanted a rhinoplasty since i was 16). And to this day, I have only seen “after” photos thst represent very similar nose types (the standard swoop, upturn nose). While I don’t mind this and think it can look very tasteful on others, I dont particularly like this on myself. I have edited my own “after“ photo to depict what outcome I ideally would want. You can see I have a dorsal hump and slightly downturned nose, but I would really just want a smaller version of that. More refined nostrils, no hump, bu still “me”, if that makes sense. Let me know your thoughts and if this outcome is possible.

I am an older male with thick facial skin. I have large vertical nostrils (photo attached). Would rhinoplasty be feasible to make my nostrils less vertical and reduce overall bulbousness? The nostrils are the most important factor. Thanks.

I’m 39 yo mom of 2. 2 cections with and weight gain of 70lbs. Currently at 145lb 5’7. I really want to enhance my back side with some projection and I do like the pear shape. With loose skin I would ideally need a tummy tuck. I’ve been advised and quoted differently. 1. Full tummy tuck with back and lipo flanks to fill hip dips - subtle change as per doctor. 2. dominican tummy tuck, butterfly lift, 5lb weight gain for bbl. Both price ranges were extremely different. I don’t want a unnatural look but something that suits my frames..… I have shape, wider hips etc..… Any feed back would be great!

Hello. My question is should I do TT or BBL first. I’ve had a few consultations and I’m getting different answers from each provider. I’m being told that I don’t have much fat to work with so being suggested BBL first (so they can harvest the fat). Then others are telling me to do TT first, wait 6 months and then address the bbl. I’m conflicted because if I’m being told I don’t have a lot of fat, then if I do TT first, how would I have an optimal BBL surgery. Lookimg for some educated opinions as I really want to have optimal results with both surgeries being done separately. Thank you.

Hello, I’m 25 years old. I’m currently 5 feet and 2 inches and 115 pounds. I was wondering if I’m a good fit for a skinny BBL because I have some hip dips and loose skin and fat on my belly and my back I would like to fill the hip dips and then give them more a plump look on my butt. Hello, I'm interested in a mommy makeover and curious on BMI requirements. I'm 5'5.5" and 250lb. I would love a breast reduction and lift, as well as a tummy tuck. Not sure if I need muscle repair. Is it possible to get any of this covered by insurance with my BMI? I feel it would be so much easier to exercise without my apron in the way or feeling like I'm going to get knocked unconscious by my breasts if I don't wear at least two sports bras.

I wanna know how small I can go from 38G with breast reduction and lifting, is it gonna be possible to see under my boobs after surgery? And will I need FNG to be C cup? Will I be able to breastfeed? And for armpit fat can I get rid of that fat while breast reduction or liposuction will be needed? Plus I’m 5”3 and 150 pounds. Should I lose weight before surgery?

I had my first reduction just ovr10 years ago now, my surgeon took me from a G to a C cup. I’m 5ft tall and currently around 135lbs, my weight has gone up and down in the past but I want to say even at the time of the first reduction I was probably around a similar weight, maybe a 5-10 lb difference I don’t remember. Anyway, Ive been at a consistent weight for about a year now, I’ve gone back up to a D cup bra, but my left is at least a whole cup size bigger than my right, and also has a lot of sideboob that I hate. My right breast is a C cup still. Im also having some neck and shoulder pain again, which is how I was able to get my first surgery covered by insurance. Would I Be able to go through insurance again? Can I be reduced to a B cup and get an internal bra? I do not have my previous records sadly as my surgeon’s practice has been closed for some time now, would I need to find out how to obtain those?

I had my surgery April of 2024, I noticed months later on December 2024 I had a rash along my scar line. I have been to 2 dermatologist and was put on triamcinolone and a steroid pill. Neither have worked 100% Now I am referred to a plastic surgeon as mine has closed since my surgery. Could this be surgery related?

Hello, I had reduction surgery on January 28th. I am very happy with my procedure and the care from my surgeon. He is iverall conservative. I have mild hypertrophic scars under my left breast and around left areola. Surgeon see it recently and said it looked very normal and would not intervene now. I am using silicone gel (I am allergic to silicone tapes/sheeting). He said it will lighten be flatten with time. The scar on the left is march. The one on the right today. What you think? Should I do any treatment other than massage and silicone gel now?

I had a breast reduction over a year ago through insurance and about 400 grams was removed from each breast. I terribly miss the size and regret the reduction. If i get 425 cc implants will they be the same size as before? do grams of fat and cc of implants correlate in that way?

Hello, I would like to know whether my breasts are tuberous or not. If so, what severity are they? Or are they just small? I think the areola’s seem large in comparison to the size of the breast. I have noticed that the areola sits at the bottom of the breast and that there is little to no “underboob” breast tissue. I have also not the lack of upper pole fullness and no cleavage unless I was to really really push them together. They seem quite wide set and there is some asymmetry as well. They seem to be sideways shaped as well- they appear to “swoop” down from a side crease near my armpit. When I lean sideways the breast tissue seems to go round my side and almost become a backroll. When my nipples are hard, they look more conventional, but when my nipples are soft, the areola looks big and very soft/puffy. Do I have insufficent glandular tissue? What are my options if I embark upon surgery and if I wanted a much larger size, but natural looking? I am a 21F, 5ft 3”, approx. 66kg. Thank you.

61 y-o male. Had upper and lower bleph nearly two years ago to correct fairly severe eye bags. Since the surgery, the area under my eyes has progressively hollowed, particularly on the right where there is a slight divot. Before I contact the surgeon, I would like to get a professional assessment of the work done. It seems to me that he overcorrected. Hi, I was wondering what kind of procedure would be suitable for my eyes. Eyelid surgery? fillers? or fat graft? As you can see my upper eyelids are droopy , Idon't know if it is ptosis. Also, my eyes are sunken and I have undereye hollowness. I have pufines under my eyes

38F, 5'4", slim/thin-faced, Raleigh NC. I'm attaching a profile photo which shows my main concern — flat midface where cheek projection has dropped. Front photos look relatively normal but the profile shows the soft tissue descent clearly. Background: I have a history of bad filler placement— cheek filler made me look overfilled and "Handsome Squidward," and midface filler in 2022 caused a puffy shelf effect. I dissolve well but my face reacts dramatically to any volume. I've done Botox (forehead/11s) with good results. I also have upper eyelid hooding affecting my outer corners — I can no longer do winged liner as it looks droopy. My questions: 1) Based on profile, am I a candidate for endoscopic midface lift at 38 given my filler history? 2) Would you prioritize blepharoplasty over midface work given my profile? 3) Would you consider fat grafting instead of filler for my face type? I want to avoid anything that causes facial fat loss (so cautious about Ultherapy/Morpheus8). Sculptra also concerns me due to irreversibility.

I asked AI to make some subtle adjustments to improve my side profile that could be achieved with beauty treatments. AI told me the 2nd could be achieved with some subtle chin filler. I’m not sure if that is the case? The right looks smaller and more taught, like something that would only be achievable with a face tightening procedure (a mini lower face lift) rather than adding volume to the area? I fear adding volume to this area, I will look heavier from my front profile and have that pointy, witchy chin look that I’ve noticed in many who have gotten chin filler.
