Plato's Scar Serum, fractional lasers, and surgical scar revision are appropriate for thick white and hypopigmented scars.

Typically nothing helps hypopigmented scars but medical tattooing but sometimes fractional laser and microneedling/PRP or excimer laser. I suggest you see an expert for an evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer.

RECELL, Latiesse and microneedling

RECELL has been used successfully for hypo pigmented scars, this is a high end procedure, however it does work well for totally de pigmented skin. A more conservative approach is the use of Latiessse with microneeling or Clear and Brilliant, with UVB therapy.  All the best, Dr Davin Lim
