Will 3D printed cartilage be able to fix ear or nose deformities in the future?

It seems as though tissue engineering will soon be able to 3D print cartilage for simple structures such as ears using stem cells. Is this something that can have a future in plastic surgery to correct certain deformities involving this type of cartilage? I am also referring to actual cartilage being printed using your own stem cells, not a synthetic substitute.
