What surgical/nonsurgical procedure could I get to make my face less round? (Photo)

Question

I’ve always had a pretty chubby round face even though I am really skinny. I’ve had a chin implant, my buccal fat,removed and neck Lipo, but my face still feels super round and chubby. Any recommendations on how to change this?!

Fillers and Botox are great tools to help contour the face.  Fillers can be used to sculpt and highlight facial planes.  Botox can be used to minimize the jawline through injections to the masseter muscles.  They also can address the brows to give a refreshed look to the eyes. Individuals with a round face seeking more of a heart shaped face will benefit from fillers placed strigicatly in the mid face.  Specifically for you, some filler to the lateral zygoma region with help. You may also consider adding a small amount of filler to the lower face specifically the chin to give some elongation of the face. Another suggestion is to look into neurotoxin for the masseter muscles this can help to reduce the roundness in the lower face.

I have to begin with saying that you have a very pretty face and my recommendation is to stop messing with it. Having said that, I think if you were to do anything, it's nat really your lower face that is making it look round. A little bit of volume in the temples and lateral cheeks will shift the weight upwards and might give it the look you are looking for. The best way to do this would be with a fat transfer, but Fillers, threads and biostimulators are also options.

Try masseter botox. This will temporarily relax the masseter muscle which also allows the muscle to shrink in size. In doing so, it results in a more sculpted and contoured look.
