Can nasal obstruction cause acne?

I broke my nose and started having serious, painful difficulty breathing and permanent nasal obstruction for MONTHS. Eventually I started developing awful acne. I was wondering if since bacteria are anaerobic and I was getting no oxygen, could that have caused acne bacteria to grow combined with the scary stress of having a deformed, collapsed nose?

Acne Not Caused By Obstruction

No, your acne problems are not caused by nasal obstruction. Perhaps your hygiene regimen changed due to tenderness from the break? If you are having difficulty breathing, you should seek medical attention immediately.

Nasal obstruction has no connection to acne

These 2 problems are not associated. Maybe if you are wiping your nose more than usual but otherwise I don't see how they are connected. Nose would need surgical correction to improve.
