I am a 46 year old mom of two who last populated the earth 7 years ago. I have always been petite and my weight has typically fluctuated 5 or 10 lbs over the years, however I’ve been consistently 98-105 lbs (45kg) at 5.2 inches (1.58)m. 5 years ago I had a breast lift and some light liposuction on my stomach and arms. The surgeon said there wasn’t much to extract. I have a stomach that has some ripples in the skin possibly due to uneven liposuction. My blift appeared fine at first breast lift appeared fine at first, but now look like flat pancakes. My arms have began to develop the telltale sign of crepey laxity but what I find most bothersome is my stomach. There is loose skin there, though I’ve been told it’s not enough for a tuck and would not be worth the scar. I want to feel good in sleeveless tops and not to worry about my misdrift abeing accidently exposed. Ive done some research and would like to know if I could be a good candidate for a reverse tummy tuck (using the scars from my lift). Perhaps we could transfer fat from my flanksor buttocks and tighten my breast lift while placing the fat there as well? I don’t know if I need a full arm lift (though I’m open to it) but I would like to tighten the skin and just reduce the amount that is around my armpit and bra line. I am open to consedering all the things but just want to feel confident in my body. Please give me all the feedback!

Answer: Tighten unwanted loose skin with a combination of Morpheus8, Resurfx, and Melapeels.
Yes you absolutely can. You just need to decide what your priority is. Two major surgeries within a short time can stress your body. Your surgeon would want to space them appropriately to allow for full recovery and to avoid complications. Best of luck to you
Dear Sensible192673,
some plastic surgeons may want to split this into two operations depending on the time needed. Its best to see a board-certified plastic surgeon to determine your options and whether it would take too long, more than 4 hours, to do all.
I understand your concern. It is...
