Hi, I've had 3 children and now have saggy deflated breasts. Am I a candidate fof a breast lift without implants? Started as a Uk 34C and weng to a G cup during pregnancy. Now a 34DD with loose skin etc. I dont want to go bigger and not keen on implants
Answer: Lift/reduction for improved symmetry. Thank you for your photos. You have an asymmetry of your breasts. Both breasts have a grade 2 ptosis. If you are pleased with the volume that you have, there is no need for you to have implants. Implants increase the cost of the surgery and open you to the potential for future surgeries for a number of reasons. If you would like to have improved symmetry, a reduction of your larger breast could be done, with only a lift on your smaller breast and if you feel both your breast are too large, a lift/reduction could be performed on both sides. Decreasing the weight of your breast with reductions may help your result to be longer lasting as there will not be as much weight on your skin. Discuss this in detail with your plastic surgeon.

Answer: Am I a candidate? Yes you are a good candidate for a breast lift without implants. The asymmetry can also be addressed with this surgery. If you are wanting more upper pole fullness you can consider an autoaugmentation as well. This approach uses your own tissue to create upper pole fullness. This is different than a fat transfer. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Reduction-lifting on bigger side, lifting on the smaller side Hello,After evaluating your photos, I observed that you have asymmetrical breasts with some loose skin. I understand that you do not wish to have breast implants. In this case, we will need to reshape your existing breast tissue to achieve symmetry. The smaller breast will serve as our guide. Since we are not using implants, the best way to create a balanced appearance is to reduce and lift the larger breast to match the smaller one, and perform a breast lift on the smaller breast. If you are not looking to increase your breast size, this approach should provide results you’ll be happy with.

Answer: Sure I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Am I a candidate for a lift Great question. You are an ideal candidate for a breast lift without implant as you still have decent volume to work with. You do have a significant asymmetry that needs to be addressed with a unilateral reduction so make sure to see a very experienced surgeon near you. Hope that helps!
