Boxcar acne scar treatment; what would be the best permanent treatment? (Photos)

I met with a doctor and he said, I have mostly boxcar acne scars. What would be the best treatment to treat them permanently or for a longer period of time? Please suggest specific name of the treatment. Thank you!

Combination of INFINI RF and PRP, then Bellafill, possibly erbium laser

I would start with 3-4 sessions of INFINI RF with PRP, that should reduce the overall height of your box car scars. Narrow ones, I use TCA CROSS. If shallow enough, I use erbium fully ablative. What ever is left- Bellafill. Video shows the logic behind acne scar procedures.
With multiple procedure, you can expect 50-70% improvement of your scars. All the best,Dr Davin Lim Laser and aesthetic dermatologistBrisbane, Australia.

Acne Scarring -- Requires a Combination of Fractional Laser Resurfacing, Fillers Like Bellafill, Subcision and Eclipse Micropen

Acne treatment requires a combination approach. Fillers like Bellafill or Sculptra or Radiesse for broad "boxcar" or "rolling" scars. Eclipse Micropen for all types of scars and improvement in texture and tone. Lasers such as co2 / erbium laser resurfacing or Fraxel/Clear+Brilliant or radiofrequency such as Skinginify or Viva to improve the scars and give long term collagen production. I suggest consulting with a board certified dermatologist for further assessment. Best, Dr. Emer
