White raised acne scars. (photo)

I have a couple of white raised acne scars on my nose for years now. They're really bothering me. What's the best treatment to get rid of them? Thank you!

Are these hard or soft. If hard, I agree these are hypertrophic scar and injections will help. If soft it is a form of elastolysis. Using a laser or RF energy device will help. Dr Davin S. Lim, Brisbane. Australia.

In my opinion, the raised papules are small hypertrophic scars. These can initially be treated with intralesional injections of cortisone as well as 5-fluorouracil. Should that not the effective, ablative laser is followed by continuing injections to prevent recurrence.  Seek an acne scar expert. Good luck.
