5”5 120 pounds, around 28/29 underbust and 31 bust size. Hoping to look or be a double D or a full D as not to have too much of a dramatic change.

Dual plane and subfacial which will age better over time? Im 32 and no kids but will like to hsve kids in ghe future. Whst placement holds better over years? Im quite thin and active - weight lifting I know the pros and cons but still struggling to decide on placement. I will be getting 285 with fat grafting. Does the fat grafting help with me having not much breast tissue ? And can i potentially get subfacial Placement?

To my amazement I had a poking suture after 16 years from a procedure when I was 29. Mini tummy tuck. The surgeon used blue permanent stitch. I had no idea. They advise me that they don’t use those anymore and that I could just snip it and let it heal. Should this not be removed from my body? Can it be done with local anesthetics?

I had a tummy tuck over a year ago and just recently noticied this pink bump inside my belly button. I had a small hole in there and now this.… what is it? A hernia? A granuloma? Any advice would be appreciated.

I’m 23 years old and currently considering getting a tummy tuck, but I’m feeling very nervous and want to make sure I’m making the right decision. I’ve done a lot of research and I’m interested in traveling abroad for the procedure, possibly to the Dominican Republic. I’m looking for a surgeon with a strong safety record, good communication, and great results. My main concerns are: * Am I too young for a tummy tuck at 23? * What are the most important things I should look for when choosing a surgeon/clinic abroad? * What questions should I ask during a consultation? * What are the biggest risks or things you wish you knew before getting a tummy tuck? * Would you recommend waiting, or is it reasonable to move forward if I’m confident in my decision? I would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has had a tummy tuck, especially at a younger age or who traveled internationally for surgery. I’m also nervous about dying or if something goes wrong

Is this a Pollybeak Deformity? A drooping tip?

Hi all, i have been looking into doctors for bridge augmentation using cartilage, and found that the material used to wrap the diced rib cartilage varies from doctor to doctor. I want to ask what the difference between autologous fascia vs autologous dermis (from the upper buttocks) is. Which one do you use in your practice and why?

I think that my nose bridge should be higher for a more aesthetic visage. Is there a way to measure how high a bridge should ideally be?

What would I need to have done to get me from this, to this? Nasal bridge reduction and nostril reduction? I don't have a problem with my side profile, I just want a smaller version if my nose.

I had a bbl 11 years ago , also after had a seroma in my right glute. It was drained and now it’s a hollow empty space. However the bbl was too much for my frame , I was considering a revision with adding fat to lift the area the seroma was but also getting a reduction at the same time and fat taken from the top of my butt. Would this cause sagging? no matter how much weight I lose it’s still too big, I’m so upset I went through the seroma issue , im not sure if I have scar tissue. My ultrasound showed no fluid. To remove scar tissue does it require a big incision?

Just wondering if you can wear non metals in piercings for surgery Especially if ab etching is Wented.

I am having a TT, existing implants removed, fat injections and lift in breasts, and lipo. My issue is that i have external hanging hemorroids. Not only is this embarrassing, but i dont know if this can complicate the surgery or recovery.

Hello I am a 35 y/o wife and mother. I am 5’1“ tall and weigh 143 lbs I am pretty active and work out consistently. I will be haunt a mommy makeover consisting of an extended tummy tuck, breast lift & augmentation, with a lipo on my back, flanks & abdomen. My Dr also stated that he would include the fat transfer to my glutes with the procedure. But I’m wondering is the fat transfer to the glutes pushing it too far and should I opt out and maybe do this in another surgery ?? Thanks in advance

The implant Brands that my PS have are allergan and mentor. How come some implant brands don't have moderate plus and some do? If I go for moderate from one brand, is it equivalent to a moderate plus from another brand?

I’m having my breast done, and have always hated my pigeon, long chest. So I’m getting this done to mask it a little. I just want advice. My surgeon has suggest over the muscle 350 teardrop tall height moderate plus. i had been to another surgeon who had said the same about teardrop being best because of my chest wall. However he would only ever do a 300cc and never any bigger due to narrow chest. So my question now it, I dont want big boobs I just want more shape and more upper fullness but worried on having big low set boobs. So my surgeon has said either 330s medium height or 350cc tall what is the diffrence with medium and tall? And what would you suggest with my chest wall? also when I’ve looked at mesurements both them implants are a bigger width that my messurments is that ok? Or avoid? Or do I go with 305cc tall, which i keep thinking because I don’t want massive boobs. I just want them to look the best they can with being low set. Advice please

I am a 46-year-old woman concerned about lower-face/jawline sagging, upper-neck laxity/crepey skin and a small localized fat pocket under my chin. I also have an asymmetric fatty bulge beside my mouth, considerably more prominent on the left. I have consulted two plastic surgeons and received opposite recommendations. Surgeon 1 recommended a deep-plane facelift extending into the upper neck to improve my lower face, jawline and neck. He believes the bulge beside my mouth is buccal fat and advised doing the facelift first, then considering conservative buccal-fat reduction later if it remains bothersome. Surgeon 2 declined to operate, saying I have insufficient indication and that any improvement would be marginal and largely disappear once the initial postoperative tightness/swelling settles. He recommended injectables for the lower face and fractional laser for my neck. He also thinks I have a muscle on the left cheek pulling my cheek inward causing more of a depression than on the right cheek. My main goal is meaningful improvement of my jawline/lower-face contour, upper neck and small under-chin fat pocket. Based on my photos, would you consider me a reasonable facelift/face-and-neck lift candidate? Would you expect enough lasting improvement to justify surgery? Does the asymmetric mouth bulge appear consistent with buccal fat? And would a facelift improve the bulge?

I'm in my early 60's and would like to get a facelift (and maybe lower bleph) to take care of the wrinkles, jowls, and neck cords. Please advise.

I am 62 years old. I want to have a facelift/necklift due to wrinkles on chest, sides of eyes, and jowls. If after I have a facelift, do I now have to sleep on my back to prevent wrinkles? I've slept on my side all my life
42 year old female. over the oat 6 months, upper lids have become very loose and creepy. A lot of excess skin. Is the only remedy an upper bleph? Any other solution To tighten?

Im I’m interested in getting an upper bleph surgery. I do have a childhood scar over one of the lids. Is this scar too high to get a successful surgery? in your opinion, is it possible to have it eliminated? My first consultation is next month .

My eyesight is astygmatic, so I wear specially made contact lenses which rotate by gravity to the exact right position in my eye for me to be able to see clearly through them. One time I had conjunctivitis on the inside of my eyelid and the bump was preventing the lens from rotating properly, so I could not see out of that eye clearly. If a conjunctiveal incision is made it on the inside of my eyelid during a lower blepharoplasty, will the incision be low enough inside the conjunctiva to where the scar will not touch the edge of my contact lens? Or, if it will touch, will the incision heal flat, or with bumps? In other words, should I worry about never being able to wear my lenses for astigmatic eyesight agaim if I get a lower blepharoplasty with comjunctiveal incisions?

I have severe skin laxity due to weight loss and suspected EDS - I have hypermobility and symptoms such as joint pain and cervical instability, but no confirmed genetic test. I am scheduled for a deep plane face / neck lift and endoscopic eyebrow lift in July, but the doctor prefers not to touch the eyes because I had eyelid surgery in 2023 to recover field of vision and prevent dry eye due to lower eyelid laxity. The medical issues were improved, but the eyelid incision is still discolored after 3 years, and the worst of it is that even after eyelid surgery, the eyelids are heavy, flaccid and almost closed. I'm 44 but I look 64. I do not have hopes that the endoscopic brow lift or deep plane face and neck lift will improve the eyes... Is there any hope with a second eyelid surgery, or should I just resignate myself?

Hi all! I am an almost 49 year old woman who has 3 pregnancies. I had a consult recently with a highly recommended local plastic surgeon to address my lower belly pooch. She recommended a tummy tuck for the best result. I was hoping for lipo but she thinks I will be left with sagging skin and would be unhappy with the result. She also thinks I am a great candidate for CoolSculpting. In fact, she has said that she thinks that she would prefer coolsculpting for me over lipo. I was surprised to have been presented with the option of a TT as I am not chasing perfection. I just want to remove the belly pooch that has accumulated over the last 4 years or so and slim my love handles. Thoughts on coolsculpting versus lipo? I respect my surgeon so I am not taking their recommendation lightly but the horror stories of Coolsculpting are giving me pause. I will also add that my Plastic Surgeon’s office is very highly respected in my town and their CS provider is highly regarded as well.

44 yr old female. Curious what would be the most effective procedure to get rid of my asymmetrical neck fat. I’m not sure if it’s my muscle or just elasticity? Would love to hear my options, thanks.

30M. 60kg. 170cm. I'm thinking of doing liposuction along the jawline and the cheeks. I have a small silicone chin implant (with wings) inserted already. 1. Would the procedure be noticeable on someone like me? I know that surgeons prefer doing lipo on heavier candidates, as the results tend to be more obvious. 2. Is doing liposuction on the cheeks and along the mandibular border safe? Would the chin implant or facial nerves get in the way?
