Any treatment recommendations or say on anything is most welcomed! Ice pick scars, large pores (Photo)

I believe i have ice pick scars with a nice mix of large pores. Any other analysis is most welcomed. Treatments and what is to be reasonable to be expected is also welcomed. What is on my mind now is to start off with TCA cross followed with either Dermabrasion, Laser or ideally medium to deep peels. (If followed with 5-8 high potency TCA peels or 2-4 peels phenol peel can put me in the 95+% clear than this will be my first choice). Please comment. Thank you in advance, Your friend Jacob.

I would use our Hidef Scar Protocol which includes Ematrix RF, fractional lasers, resurfacing, chemical peels, and subcision to improve your scars.

Acne Scarring -- Requires a Combination of Fractional Laser Resurfacing, Fillers Like Bellafill, Subcision and Eclipse Micropen

{{ voteCount >= 0 ? '+' + (voteCount + 1) : (voteCount + 1) }}
Acne scarring requires a combination approach. Surgery, subcision, or TCA cross for deep or pitted "ice pick" scars. Eclipse Micropen for all types of scars and improvement in texture and tone. Lasers such as co2 laser resurfacing, or Fraxel/Clear+Brilliant, or radiofrequency such as Sublative or Viva to improve the scars and give long term collagen production. I suggest consulting with a board certified dermatologist for further assessment. Best, Dr. Emer
