I've had rhinoplasty around 12 months ago. Overall I like the results but there are a few minor thing that bother me: 1. My nose radix was very deep prior to surgery, right now it's good but narrow, making the connection with the brow ridge not smooth, creating a shadow. The upper part of the nose bridge could also be widened a bit. 2. My nose tip is very defined, I would like to only smooth it out a bit where it connects with the ala and supra tip region. Intuitively I think a solution would be to inject dermal fillers in the sides from the tip to the radix, but I don't know if that's feasible. Since I like the results overall, I would only do a revision rhinoplasty if it's the safest route. My questions are: - Is the approach I mentioned feasible? - In my specific scenario, how risky would fillers be, specifically necrosis/blindness? - If a surgical approach is recommended can you elaborate why and what would be done so I can better understand and make an informed decision? Thank you!
