These highly recessed temples are not a result of hair loss, it is genetic, I was born this way. I have very fine, thin curly hair, so I am not overly keen to have a huge chunk shaved from the back, as I would practically have no hair left. Is there anyway a transplant can be done without having to take so much hair away from the rest of the head? As for a hairline lowering procedure, would it be possible to lower the recessed temples without lowering too much of the centre of the hairline? I feel lowered too much from the centre might not suit my facial shape, giving me a bit of an uncanny ‘wearing a hat’ looking appearance. Which procedure overall do you think would be worth the risk to achieve a natural looking result?
