Cellulaze will be helpful.
it is FDA approved. i personally think it will do a better job on the thighs than on the buttocks but both should improve. it is done in the drs office with local anesthesia and i like to give oral sedation too. It takes 6 months to see the full improvement so you need to be patient.
no treatment can make the cellulite disappear completely.

There finally is a real treatment for cellulite
Cellulite can definitely be treated now with excellent long-term results. Cellfina is currently the "gold" standard as it has the longest clinical trials available. Cellulaze is a more recently developed device that claims to have the same results. We have been using the Cellfina technology in our office to treat buttock and thigh cellulite for some time now. The procedure is very well tolerated, does not require anesthesia, and has essentially no down-time. As a woman surgeon I highly recommend this procedure.
Re: Hi, what procedure will help get rid of cellulite on thighs and butt? Does it really work?
Hi Pammy30. Our patients have been loving Cellfina. Celfina uses a minimally invasive system to disrupt the bands of tissue that cause the dimpling in cellulite. It can be done with just local anesthesia (or with sedation if you prefer). Two members of our office staff just had it done- and were back at work the next day! Also, Cellfina just got FDA clearance to advertise results that last at least 3 years.
Cellulaze to improve cellulite
for your question. While there is no cure for cellulite, there are treatments
that may improve the overall look. Cellulaze is the only treatment that attacks
the structural problems beneath the skin that cause cellulite. A minimally
invasive, laser-assisted procedure performed by a qualified physician,
Cellulaze is clinically proven to increase your skin's natural thickness for a
smoother, healthier look that lasts. Hope this this helps. Best. Dr. Katz
Cellulite on thighs and butt
Cellfina really does work. Our patients have been very happy with their results. Two years after the procedure over 90% of patients remain very satisfied with their results. Obtain a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to see if you are a candidate for this procedure and learn more about it.
Thank you for your questions. We offer Cellfina and BodyFX for cellulite reduction. Cellfina is a minimally invasive treatment that treats the structural cause of cellulite, the connective bands woven throughout the fat causing them to release and remove dimpling. Cellfina is clinically proven to reduce the appearance of cellulite for results that last at least two years – the longest duration cleared by the FDA. BodyFX helps with overall smoothing and cellulite reduction. I would recommend and in person consultation to determine your candidacy. Best wishes.
Cellfina/Cellulite Treatment/Ultherapy/Thermi RF/Body Contouring/ Hi Definition Procedures
Thank you for your question.
Cellfina is an FDA approved minimally invasive procedure that reduces the appearance of cellulite for at least two years on the buttocks and back of the thighs of women.
It works by releasing the internal bands that cause the cellulite dimpling and so we have not seen any fat atrophy. You should not see much of a difference with weight gain or loss but this also has not been studied.
Other areas of the body with dimpling, it is important to make sure it is truly cellulite before treatment.
It is common to have swelling bruising and firmness after the procedure. This can last for a few weeks.
It is different than Cellulaze which is a laser.
If you have had previous poor results with cellulaze, you can still do Cellfina.
Cellfina has shown 100% noticeable improvement and 96% satisfaction in all patients at 2 years.
Cellfina is designed to be a one time procedure.
It can be used on women with all skin types but caution should be taken if theres a history of keloiding.
It can also be combined with other treatments such as Thermi or
Ulthera if skin tightening is needed.
We have done Sculpsure and Coolsculpting if fat reduction is wanted, but its best to wait 3 months to see the results before proceeding.
It can also be done at the same time as other procedures such as liposuction and BBL or as a stand alone procedure in the office.
Since Cellfina outcomes can be based on technique and experience, please see a board certified plastic surgeon that specializes body contouring to see if Cellfina or other treatments are available to meet your goals.
Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Cellfina reliably treats cellulite dimples on buttock and thighs.
Cellfina has been available for 12 months and I have found it to work reliably to release cellulite dimples of the buttocks and upper thighs. The release and smoothing of the skin appears to be permanent. Unfortunately, cellulite dimples can also be part of skin that has other changes, not just dimples. Cellulite skin can also have herniated superficial fat bulging, the skin can be dry and also have laxity. These cellulite changes can not be treated with cellfina. If you have dimples and your skin looks good otherwise, Cellfina is perfect for you.
Finally. A permanent solution has arrived.
With the release of Cellfina this year, we finally have a permanent solution to the dreaded problem that millions of women face - cellulite. This outpatient treatment is performed under local anesthetic, and patients routinely return to full activities almost immediately.
Research has shown that these results are likely permanent, with 3 year followup studies showing high levels of patient satisfaction and visible clinical results that persist.
Sadly, many women have spent significant time, money, and effort attempting other solutions such as wraps, liposuction, weight loss, creams and etc, only to be disappointed. In the right hands and with careful patient selection, experienced surgeons can provide you with incredible improvement.
That said, without photos and an exam, I cannot tell you if you are a good candidate or not. Make an appointment with a Plastic Surgeon in your area who performs Cellfina, and you can find out if the treatment is right for you or not.
