Since last year, I've had pimples but no more than 2 or 3. They look more like scars and whiteheads. What should I take? (Photo)

I have also a problem with facial hair, so maybe they are causing this skin irritation. What Should I do?

A combination of chemical peels and lasers should help improve these acne scars. The correct topical such as Retinoids should help correct this as well.  Best, Dr. Green

The acne you have may be related to the facial hair and hormones. The oil glands of the hair follicles are promoting acne.  Laser hair removal can help along with a good skin care regimen with products geared toward acne control including tretinoin, oil control, topical antibacterial containing products and exfoliation. Chemical peels or microdermabrasion may also be helpful as well as cleansing facials with extractions.  Keep you hands off your face to prevent bacterial transmission and avoid picking the acne and plucking the hairs.

Acne with slight scarring

I would start with using Retin A and hydroquinone. Chemical peels will help too. If scarring is persistent, use Infini for better improvement.
