I am 43 years old and have recently been told by my ob/gyn that I have entered perimenopause. I have read many disconcerting articles about the changes to women's skin due to hormonal changes in the 40s. I realize these changes are inevitable, but how can I best maintain the youthful appearance of my skin? I currently eat healthy, drink plenty of water, and use spf 30 everyday. Could you give any additional recommendations? Thanks in advance.
