Thank you for your question and photos.  Acne scar treatment often requires a combination of treatment and there really isn't a one size fits all.  I usually recommend a combination of fractional resurfacing, PRP, and subcision/microneedling. Other options include chemical peels and TCA CROSS.  I suggest seeing a board-certified dermatologist who has experience treating scars.Good Luck

I think that Infini is a great procedure for acne scars. It is very effective, with not alot of downtime and fairly safe for darker skin types. If there are deep scars after 3 treatments, they can be filled with Bellafill. See the link please. Other options include PRP, microneedling, laser resurfacing.

Effective treatments for acne scars

Many years ago, only dermabrasion, deep chemical peels, and resurfacing lasers were available for acne scarring.  However, these treatments carried high risks and significant downtime and recovery.  Current treatments are much better tolerated, are associated with fewer potential side effects, and still achieve considerably good results.  We recommend Fraxel Dual or Restore, and/or microneedling, which can yield 25-75% reduction in scarring after 4-6 treatments.  Certain scars may require additional treatment with hyaluronic acid fillers like Restylane or Juvederm.

Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing

Judging from the picture, the scars are pretty mature and you do not have new inflamed areas suggestive of active breakouts.  Also, you have very few deep pitted scars which can be frustrating to treat.  I would consider a trial of fractional CO2 resurfacing to "smooth" out the irregularity.  Please consult a practitioner well versed in this technique.  It may be next to impossible to completely cure this type of scarring but to improve the appearance I think may be worth it.

A combination of injections with Restylane, PRP with microneedling, and eMatrix all can help improve and even out your skin and remove these scars.  Please consult an expert.  Best, Dr. Green
