Thank you for your question and photos. There's a big difference between the two procedures you listed. The first one can make you slimmer but no definition. VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 will sculpt out your muscle and bony anatomy. You cannot have a "six pack" in isolation, it would be disharmonious with the rest of the torso. You appear young and your fat does not appear very extensive. Lipo 360 should be more than enough to get the results you desire. Abdominal etching can be performed but is not necessary. Also, the use of J-plasma is not necessary for skin tightening and may not be effective. You will need to wear a compressive garment for several weeks after surgery.
