Male Lipo 360 vs HD Lipo Ab Etching for 6 pack abs? (Photos)

Question

I’m a 6”4 220 lb male and have a fairly athletic build with some stubborn belly fat and love handles. I’m strongly considering Lipo 360 but don’t know if I should also get Ab Etching / HD Lipo done so I have the 6 pack abs I’m desiring. Will Lipo 360 be enough or do I need the ab etching too? Also do I really need J plasma for my body type / skin condition or can I get great results without it? Thank you for your help!

Thank you for your question. Lipo 360 will improve waistline definition, reduce stubborn belly fat, and enhance your V-taper. However, if your goal is to achieve a visible six-pack, Lipo 360 alone may not be sufficient. While it helps in reducing fat volume, you would also need ab etching to sculpt around the muscle, creating shadow and contour over the muscles. A consultation with a surgeon will help determine if your skin quality and body fat level are ideal for Lipo 360 and ab etching.

Thank you for your question and photos. There's a big difference between the two procedures you listed. The first one can make you slimmer but no definition. VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 will sculpt out your muscle and bony anatomy. You cannot have a "six pack" in isolation, it would be disharmonious with the rest of the torso. As a Total Definer surgeon, I trained with the inventor of the HD technique. This is an advanced technique, I do it through stealth incisions which leaves no signs of surgery. In men, this procedure is all or none. What I mean, the upper and lower abdomen including the "six pack",  fat removed off the rib cage, pubic area, waist, hips, lateral chest wall including the serratus muscles, upper and lower back to bring out the latissimus, trapezius and lower back paraspinous muscles, removal of the love handles and gynecomastia. With your arms elevated, I cannot fully appreciate the amount of fat or breast gland that you have. I do this surgery under deep intravenous sedation and not general anesthesia in our certified in office surgical suite. Again, this is an advanced technique, do not let others make you believe that this is a $6000-10000 procedure. Those people do not understand or do these surgeries. You appear young and your fat does not appear very extensive. Lipo 360 should be more than enough to get the results you desire. Abdominal etching can be performed but is not necessary. Also, the use of J-plasma is not necessary for skin tightening and may not be effective. You will need to wear a compressive garment for several weeks after surgery.

Based on your post photos, I recommend abdominal Lipo 360 with abdominal etching using J plasma device fee from $6000-$10,000. Best of virtual console with period.
