Please help me. I had slightly hollow eyes before and only wanted a fat transfer, but doctor told me a lower blepharoplasty + fat transfer is better. Fat was placed in cheeks instead and doctor admitted AFTER that he doesn’t do/feel comfortable with putting fat near place taken from. I ONLY agreed because he said he would replace the fat taken out. Now I have complete hollows and the exact opposite of what I wanted. I wanted more volume in that area, and now I have less/none :(. I never should’ve gotten the lower blepharoplasty. I miss my fat pads and they look so much more hollow now. I feel depressed. I don’t want to go back to fillers, but im going to keep trying with fat transfers. I’m going to remove fat transfer in cheeks in October, but I’d love to have volume back in undereye to look like before. Is it possible with another fat transfer or multiple sessions? I know now I should’ve just gotten a nano fat transfer to slightly rejuvenate my undereyes before. Is there anyway to reverse this with micro-fat in undereyes or other options?
