Hello. I’m looking into surgery to improve my nasolabial folds/cheeks. I’m 29, however my nasolabial folds are very deep and saggy, especially from the side. My cheeks are also very round, but I feel buccal fat removal would not be helpful as the fat is mostly in the apples of the cheeks. I tried to have dermal fillers in the cheeks and nasolabial folds to address it but I found it just made my face puffier.
