Hello, I’ve had my breast implants for just under 3 years. I have under the muscle 375/400cc high profile implants, and I had a lift at the time too. Last week I ran for the first time on a treadmill, without a good support bra on. I only ran for maybe 30 seconds, but I felt a sharp pain in my left breast. Since then I’ve had pain/tingling in my left shoulder blade, a dull ache in my breast, pain in my armpit/arm on and off, as well as tingles in my left breast or feeling some movement. Pls help
