Will Kenalog help a hard bump on my nostril 15 months after rhinoplasty? (Photos)

Mardec911
I got a primary rhinoplasty 15 months ago and loved my results directly after cast off to the first few months. I had a downturned nose, bulbous tip, and deviated septum which were all corrected and I didn’t need any rib cartilage, just a graft in the tip for support. Around month 4 I noticed a small almost pimple like bump, that overtime has become the length of my nostril crease and is firm when I press down. This really bothers me at 3/4 view and it’s visible under certain lighting. I contacted my Dr and he brushed it off saying it could be acne or swelling, but now it’s been over a year and the issue persists. He doesn’t do steroid injections, but gave me permission to seek a provider if I wanted. Would a steroid even help this? It doesn’t feel completely hard like bone, but I haven’t been able to massage it out. I have thick oily skin, so maybe just extra scar tissue?
