I'm 25, 5'5" and 188lbs. My breasts are extremely saggy and they're uneven. My nipples have this weird split look that I've hated my entire life. I can never find the right bra. I have skin and back problems due to my breasts. All I want are nice normal looking breasts that sit pretty with no bra. I'm tired of crazy pain if I run or jump. Tired of them looking like they're completely inflated. I've also hated my prominent hip dips my entire life. The ultimate goal would be to fix all of these issues under one procedure. I am just overwhelmed as to what to get done.
Answer: Bellesoma Method & liposuction The technique I recommend is a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. The size of the areolas can be reduced to the size you desire. At the same time, liposuction can be done to correct the hip dips. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Lift is needed; possibly a small reduction as well. I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Considering options From the submitted photos and description of your concerns you are a candidate for a breast reduction and liposuction. The breast reduction will remove some of the excess breast tissue, easing the weight and pull of the breasts on your neck and shoulders. A lift is included as part of the procedure which would remove excess skin, downsize the areola, and lift the position of the nipple. Liposuction can help to contour your hips and flanks. The next step is to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Reduction You are a good candidate for a reduction mammoplasty. This will lift and reshape your breasts with the new breast mound shaped above your inframammary fold. This is one of my favorite procedures as the satisfaction rate is high. I would not hesitate to proceed. Regarding the "hip dip" area, liposuction of the hips will significantly help the transition in that area. I hope this helps, thank you.

Answer: Breasts are extremely saggy and they're uneven, nipple concerns and hip dips. What are the best procedures for me? Thank you for your pictures and questions. Generally speaking, a breast reduction would be the ideal procedure to correct your breast concerns. Seek a consultation with a plastic surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery to address your concerns and see if some of your other issues could be addressed at the same time. Good luck! Dallas Buchanan, MD VIVIFY plastic surgery Tampa, FL
