Hi I am Indian by origin and I wanted to get breast augmentation My size and projection of what I want is fixed and I don’t have any confusion in them However I am confused in between motiva round and ergonomix and I want more of a natural appearance So what should I go with?
Answer: Finding the Right Fit: Round vs. Ergonomix Implants for Your Breast Augmentation Choosing between Motiva round implants and Ergonomix implants for breast augmentation is an important decision, especially when aiming for a natural appearance. Here are some considerations to help guide your choice: Motiva Round Implants: Round implants tend to provide fullness in the upper pole of the breast, which can enhance projection and volume. While they can look natural, they may not mimic the natural slope of the breast as well as shaped implants. If you’re aiming for a more pronounced look while still achieving some natural fullness, round implants may be a suitable option. Motiva Ergonomix Implants: Ergonomix implants are designed to mimic the natural shape of the breast. They have a more tapered appearance that allows for a gentle slope, providing a more natural contour. If your priority is achieving a subtle, natural look, Ergonomix implants may be the better choice. Body Proportions: Consider how each type of implant will complement your natural body proportions. The shape of your breast tissue, chest width, and overall body silhouette will influence how the implants appear post-surgery. Consultation with Your Surgeon: Discuss your specific goals and preferences with your surgeon. They can provide insights based on your individual anatomy and help you visualize how each type of implant might look on your body. Their experience can be invaluable in making the right choice for your desired outcome. Try Sizers: If possible, try on sizers of both implant types during your consultation. This can give you a better idea of how each will look and feel, helping you make a more informed decision. Ultimately, the choice between Motiva round and Ergonomix implants should align with your aesthetic goals and what you feel will best enhance your natural appearance.

Answer: Ergonomix The ergonomix implant is much softer and is designed to move more with you, so it is the one for a natural look. The round is significantly firmer and retains its own shape more with movement, so it is for more upper pole fullness and a more "augmented" look.

Answer: Excellent question. Thank you for your question. A “natural” result largely depends first on your own anatomy, and then on the dimensions of the implant that will be inserted, far more than the type of gel contained within the implant. That said, the Motiva Ergonomix gel is softer and more likely to be less detectable when feeling your breast. Please consult with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon whose aesthetics align with your own, based on his or her Before and After gallery. Be open to the possibility that more than one consultation may be in your best interest. Be sure to share photos with your surgeon of breasts you consider to be desirable. Best of luck to you.

Answer: Implant selection I suggest you talk to your surgeon regarding the selection of implant in regards to type shape and size. The main difference between Round and Ergonomix is the higher projection of the former along with increased fullness of the upper pole of the Round breast implant. Best, Mats Hagström MD
