Concern about the right breast. That appears to look different than the left. Less natural, almost looks like it’s falling

I had a liver resection when I was 20. I’m now almost 28 and have lost over 100lbs, finished having babies and am looking into tummy tuck procedures. Does the existing scar tissue make for a more complicated tummy tuck? I am at a healthy BMI but I still feel like my stomach is very large. the photo shown is after microneedling my scar , that is why it was red in the picture. It does not normally look like that :)

I am 37 years old, never had children. I have this stubborn belly fat that does not go away with diet or exercise . Am I good candidate for tummy tuck ? I have had BBL before , however after that i was on some meds where i gained 10 kgs ..…I think the surgeon did not remove enoubh fat the when i had the BBL a.Also want to know if i have weak abdominal muscles or need muscle repair ??

Can I do a rhinoplasty on the 22nd of July if I have a chin lipo and buccal fat removal on June 5? My rhinoplasty doctor does not do chin lipo so I had to get them scheduled seperately unfortunately

I think I have thick skin, but wanted to post images here to see if any doctors have a rough idea of what my skin type may be. I am considering having rhinoplasty done but my main concern is a large and droopy/bulbous tip, and I'm worried that if my skin is too thick then rhinoplasty wont be as effective and I'm hoping. The final picture is my desired nose. What do you think?

I'm 38, have had 5 pregnancies (1 c/s), and have lost about 100 lbs. This has resulted in significant skin sagging everywhere, and loss of volume in my butt. I'm 5'4" and about 120 lbs. I initially was thinking of getting a BBL, followed by a separate tummy tuck - the main reason being concerns about recovery (how to sleep when you can't lay on your tummy OR your butt?). It also seemed logical to me that you would want to have some fat in your abdomen to harvest for the BBL, so I was planning to do the BBL first. But when looking at patients with similar body types after significant weight loss, it seems like lower body lifts are being recommended. I'm fairly certain my butt is too saggy to "re-inflate" from BBL fat transfer alone, and that no matter what, some kind of traditional "lift" will be necessary for my butt, due to all the loose skin. Would I be a candidate for a lower body lift? Can a lower body lift be combined with BBL? The loss of butt volume is my priority concern (TT would be secondary), and it seems like a lift alone would help tighten up the skin, but would not help with butt volume. What procedure(s) might help give me the results I am looking for?

Hello. My question is should I do TT or BBL first. I’ve had a few consultations and I’m getting different answers from each provider. I’m being told that I don’t have much fat to work with so being suggested BBL first (so they can harvest the fat). Then others are telling me to do TT first, wait 6 months and then address the bbl. I’m conflicted because if I’m being told I don’t have a lot of fat, then if I do TT first, how would I have an optimal BBL surgery. Lookimg for some educated opinions as I really want to have optimal results with both surgeries being done separately. Thank you.

I’m 23 and weigh 110 pounds at 5’3 for height. Am I currently too skinny to get a bbl or if I could get one currently, would the results even be noticeable? Should I gain more weight?

Hello, I want to have a mommy make over surgery asap. I’m a mom of three and lost breast volume and I’m an AA cup. I want to go back to a naturally full A cup and for my tummy I have no diastasis but some sagging under my belly button. Right in the middle only. I don’t want or need muscle tightening just a skin only tummy tuck. I’ve seen pictures of “mini” tucks and scars are 20-25 cm long. Almost as big as the regular. I wonder if - based on my minimal change need - I could be a candidate for a true mini tuck with a scar of 12-15 cm max? Same for the BA what silicone size would suit me best. For your reference I’m 5,2. 120 lb my waist is 66 cm and my hips 85. Im rather petite. Thank you

Hi — I’m 31, I’ve never smoked, I’m very physically active, and I don’t have any health conditions or allergies. I don’t have kids and I’m not planning to. I’m currently around a 30DD and I’m wondering if it’s possible to reduce down to a small B cup. My breasts have bothered me since I was about 15, and I’m considering a reduction mainly for comfort — especially for the gym and for how clothes fit. Is a breast reduction possible at my current size, and is that kind of size change realistic?

Hi, I had my implants replaced 14 years ago. They look weird now and I’m wondering if something is wrong? Occasionally, I will have pain in my left breast. I get regular mammograms and do breast self exams so I know I’m OK in that regard. Any ideas what might be wrong with the implants? Should they be replaced ?

I (28F) recently booked my implant + lift coming up in 5.5 weeks. During the consultation process I was actively looking at galleries online and educating myself on the procedures so I could come to the consultations prepared. I sent the clinic many wish pics ahead of my consult (strictly from plastic surgery galleries with women who have a similar body weight/breast anatomy to me). I am very slim so it was hard to find patients with similar stats to me (85lbs / 38.5kg x 5'2 / 160cm). So I decided to include some photos simply because of the fact they had a similar body to me and I liked ONE aspect of their after. (As you can imagine it can be hard to find similar weight, height, breast anatomy, and profile choice!) Unfortunately, as I look back now on the photos I sent them - I realize I do NOT like some of the photos I included. And I have completely changed my mind on some of them! And ironically, some photos which I did not like before, now I have come to like them! My next appointment is in 2 weeks and I feel like I have been emailing the clinic a lot already. I hate to be annoying; however, I just wanted to make sure its not too late to inform them of what I like and don't like and I didn't shoot myself in the foot by explaining properly. At the time I did not have as much knowledge or time spent on looking at the ideal breasts I think its my post booking/payment anxiety coming to me, but is this common? Its not too late right?

I had a breast implant revision ans switched out my for 575 gummy implants. I notive that my implants move alot is this normal Im 7 months post op and feel like they move so much not my saline implants.

Could I still e a candidate for stomach lipo despite my stomach tattoos, or would they become extremely warped? After my tt and lipo of the abdoman and flanks, a very noticeable layer of fat is sitting on my hip making my hip dips look even worse. What can i do that doesnt include surgery? I’m considering liposuction of my abdomen and flanks, but I’m currently quite lean and may naturally gain some weight over the next few years. Would the timing of the procedure (doing it at a lower vs slightly higher body weight) affect: - the number of fat cells reduced in the treated area, and - how that area responds to future weight gain? Specifically, if I have liposuction at a lower weight versus a slightly higher (like +3-5kg) weight, would that meaningfully change how much fat I might regain in the abdomen and flanks over time, or how my body redistributes fat overall?

What have I done for puffiness I had an upper bleph in Nov 2024. I then had Co2 on 5/21/25 around my eyes for creepiness. I then had a lower lid skin pinch 12/3/25 because I still had extra skin. I had puffiness under my right eye that would not go away, so I did 2 hylenex treatment because my surgeon said it could be migrated filler (although never had filler under my eyes). It did nothing. I do lymphatic drainage every morning with cold compresses. Then I started using Pataday eye drops 2/18/26 because I do have allergies and I take oral allergy medicine morning and night. I have started Mario badesco red light and EMS eye pads 3/27/26 for lymphatic drainage. It doesn’t do anything. My eye doctor gave me triamcinolone acetonide .1% started 4/21/24. It did nothing. My surgeon who is double board certified refuses to give me a kenalog injection. She said it might dissolve fat, at this point I do not care. I am so disappointed and irritated. I do not even want to take a selfie or photos at all. I do use upneeq which makes it a tiny bit better. Please help me. I don’t want to be cut on again. I’m so scared of what would happen.

Hello! I am 26 and unfortunately in the last year my face sagged down so fast (didn't lose any weight, don't smoke nor drink etc.) i became unrecognizable. I have now visible marionette lines, deep nasolabial folds and the fat loss in my face is so severe my eyebrows sagged down along with the eyelids and i can't do eyeliner like i used to a year ago anymore.
