Is the goal of Dysport to completely paralyze treated muscles or just soften muscle movement?

Gorgeous52761
I am looking to get Dysport in my glabella area and would like conservative treatment to retain facial expressiveness for my upcoming wedding. If I get treatment in the glabella area giving this conservative guidance to the injector, what should I expect? Will this muscle be completely frozen and unable to move (assuming I would still be able to move untreated areas of my face like my lateral corrugations and frontalis)? Or would a typical goal in this situation be to just soften muscle movement
