Post acne and hyperpigmentation scars/spots removal options? Brown South Asian Skin. Please help! (Photo)

Hello, I have medium to dark brown South Asian skin. Over the years, I have developed hyperpigmentation on face and delicate eye area in addition to acne scarring. The acne scars are pigmented (dark brown, some flat and some raised, no depressions). I do not like Retinol/Hydroquinone/AHA products or chemical peels. Because I've got brown skin, I'm afraid to try the laser option due to possibly damaging my skin more. Are there any safe laser (or something similar/advanced) options for my skin colour?

Asian Skin and Brown Spots and Cosmelan

I have treated hundreds of patients such as yourself.  I would definitely avoid lasers with your skin type.  Please look into Cosmelan to best treat your dark spots.  Best, Dr. Green
