Hello, I am looking to get small breast impllants, with a natural look above all else. I have low body fat, particularly in the chest area. I also work out frequently. What should I consider to get the most natural results? I am simply looking to "fill in" what was lost to breastfeeding. But I have always had teardrop-shaped breasts with low volume at the top. My concerns are: - rounded/inflated/fake shape - if under the muscle, distortion due to working out the chest - If using fat transfer, I am concerned I do not have enough to transfer, or will lose it when I am at my most active. - small implants looking “low” (I have a tall chest) What should I prioritize to achieve the most natural looking results?

Hello I had my consultation. He said they can possibly avoid doing a lift if I go over the muscle . Im thinking 340cc Demi motiva Ergo. I What do you think? I want a natural result currently a deflated 34b bwd 12.5

I’m 43 years old and 4’11”. I’m already slim, so part of me worries that undergoing a full tummy tuck with muscle repair may be unnecessary or a waste of money. However, I remain very self-conscious about my lower abdomen and do not feel comfortable wearing a bikini. My surgeon recommended a full tummy tuck with muscle repair and told me that I will also have a short vertical scar on my lower abdomen, in addition to the horizontal tummy-tuck scar. Based on my photos: 1. Does a full tummy tuck with muscle repair appear appropriate for my anatomy? 2. Is muscle repair likely to provide a meaningful benefit for someone who has never been pregnant? 3. Does the short vertical scar appear necessary? 4. Could a mini tummy tuck, skin-only tummy tuck, or another approach improve my lower abdomen without the vertical scar? 5. Would the improvement likely be significant enough to justify the procedure for someone who is already slim? I understand that photos cannot replace an in-person examination. I’m seeking additional professional opinions before making my final decision.

I’ve had several consults but drastically different opinions. Some same I don’t have enough skin for a tummy tuck and recommmed a reverse or umbilical float where as others have said I have too much upper laxity and would end up with an abnormally low belly button and recommend a full. I have spent over 10k on noninvasive abd nothings helped much.

I am a 35 year old female with no significant medical history however after giving birth via c section I found out that I was born with one kidney. Never had any issues no high blood pressure or diabetes however concerned that such a major surgery may cause damage. Scheduled for tummy tuck with MR and liposuction.

Hello! I'm sorry if this is repetitive. I am 20F (5'2, 105 lbs) in New Jersey. I am open to traveling outside of New Jersey (as long as it's less than two or three hours away by car). I have a deviated septum on both sides of my nose, and I've never been too fond of my nose, however the chin and jaw area (overall face shape/short face) was what I always wanted to be different the most. Also, I thought maybe it looks like I have pre-jowl sulcus, and that area I had been wanting to change as well. My goal is to correct my deviated septum, change my nose cosmetically (except for the bridge) so that it looks slightly smaller and narrower (making the tip smaller and the nostrils narrower), and to have a slightly longer, more proportionate face. I would also like for the pre-jowl sulcus around my chin to become a straight line instead of what it is currently, though I'm not sure how that can be done. I am thinking about getting a septoplasty, open tip-plasty, and either a chin implant (one that would add vertical height as well as projection, which I hope would also correct the pre-jowl sulcus if possible) or vertical sliding genioplasty. I am sorry if this does not seem fitting. - Would you say I should get the chin and nose done together? If so, do you think the chin implant would suffice? - Do you think I should get them done separately? If so, which would you recommend getting done first? I am sorry if this seems repetitive. I have searched constantly to try and understand what part of anatomy this is but cannot find it on anyone else's nose. My nostrils have these weird angular dents/hollows around the nostrils, making a very harsh shadow and angular shape around them. They are literally like hollows/flat denta when the area should be smooth. I can see the edge of the cartilage there (if that makes sense). To me it looks extremely weird/unnatural. I want a rhinoplasty for other reasons (dorsal hump) and am worried how this will complicate it. Can cartilage or something be added to fill the "dents"? Is there a name for these?

Hello, I had a rhinoplasty surgery 6 months ago. A hematoma formed in my nose and it was emptied in the first week. In the following weeks, I had nasal abscess and nosebleed. There was a risk of adhesions, so a tampon was inserted again. After the tampon, my face was very swollen and it turned out to be a severe infection. With antibiotics and needles We treated the infection and it went away. Currently I have a small hole in my septum.Is there any chance that the needle will reduce the swelling

I'm Hispanic and of medium skin color. I had a rhinoplasty about 9 months ago. The summer heat recently started and I noticed my nose started getting splotchy, while the rest of my face hasn't. Is this normal? Should I be worried about an infection or necrosis or is the skin still sensitive to the sun? Would appreciate help on this.

Two years later and I ve been experience pain in my hips and certain parts of my Butt. At first is was on one side and I also noticed that a huge dip on my hip/side butt had appeared last year by the time of my 1 year post op appointment. I've expressed that concern to the surgeon who at that time, advised me to get hip dip filler to correct the dip. I never got he filler because Im nervous about it migrating. However fast forward to now and the other side of my hop is also aching. I don't know what is going on. My surgeon also has stated he doesn't know. if anyone has any information about the please advise what is causing it to hurt after two years. I feel it more when I sit or lay on my butt/ sides.

Hi, I’m looking to have surgery in the next few months, I’m very specific on what I want my BBL to look like, I do in a sense want it to look natural, I feel that I have a good foundation and the look that I want does look natural. I’ve included myself and my wish pics, I‘m wondering if I should be adamant that I don’t want my hips to be filled in, I would like to keep the dips or as much as I can. Also I don’t want a very large butt. Most of my wish pics, the women have more projection in their lower butt than the shelf part , I also want my waist to look very smaller and slim. Is that possible? Or will I have to get my hips filled in, I included pictures of myself. Also, do you think my surgeon will recommend me to gain more weight? I’m currently 160lbs and 5’5. I want my butt to have overall projections yes, but a bit more at the bottom almost like a curved slope? Or would it be the middle?

I had mommy makeover September 2025. I have struggled significantly with lower abdominal protruding. We’ve gone CT scans, ultrasounds, etc to check why this is happening. The doctor has suggested going back in and looking internally. background- I am very fit and active, went into the procedure the best shape of my life (excluding the extra skin from babies and saggy boobies) but body fat was low and my stomach was “flat” as it could be without the skin. Now I constantly look early pregnancy and can’t wear tight clothes because of how self conscious I am. I also have more extra skin around scar line which lumps up bad in clothes and very noticeable. My question is, is this common? Is there somethibg I can ask about or do? I dont want him going back in especially if we are going in blindly and I have to do that long recovery again. Help!! I am a 52 year-old woman, and I am scheduled for a mommy makeover in March. When I was interviewing surgeons, I discovered that some use drains and some do not. I'm not looking forward to having drains, and I'm wondering why some surgeons don't use them. What are the advantages/disadvantages of using them, are there greater risks one way or the other, and should I reconsider my surgeon if he uses drains? Thank you in advance for your response!

Hi- I'm 5'2" 125pounds and my BWD measured a few times by me and my husband is 18cm. I made sure I did this nipple to nipple, using the right side of a flexible measuring tape. I am concerned that my BWD seems so much larger than other women's. My bra size is a 34AA. I would like to get motiva mini implants so that I can fill out a bra and be a full 34A size. Is this reasonable? Or will I need much larger implants because my chest is so wide? Thank you

I want a natural look that is propotional for me. I am 158cm tall and weight 47kg. My base width is 12,75cm. I have minimal breast tissue after 2 kids. My bra size is 32A. I don’t want them too big or too small.

I had a breast reduction over a year ago through insurance and about 400 grams was removed from each breast. I terribly miss the size and regret the reduction. If i get 425 cc implants will they be the same size as before? do grams of fat and cc of implants correlate in that way?

Hi. I'm unfortunately currently experiencing ongoing complications (irritation, swelling, and redness) following Bellafill filler, and I'm beginning to think that a facelift may be the best option to treat this surgically. I'm hoping to hear from some facial plastic surgeons about this here. I am 1.5 years post injection and the Bellafill is diffuse in both of my cheeks. I know this is a difficult area, but I'm bothered enough by this that I'm seriously considering surgical options. I have already tried a Kenalog series. Does anyone have any experience with this? Would the Bellafill be visible during a facelift and able to be removed? There are not any nodules that I can feel. I'm also not expecting complete removal, I'm just hoping that removing some of it would reduce some of the inflammation I'm experiencing. But would this actually be the best surgical approach, or are there any other approaches you would recommend I look into to address this problem? Thank you!

I had an upper blephorplasty 12 months ago and I’m really unimpressed with the results. I was told at my post op that no more skin could be taken off, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to close my eyelids but I do not feel this is the case. Can anyone provide any advice? I’ve attached a photo.

I had surgery on my right eye when i was young to correct a bulging eye but the doctor over corrected and now my eyes are not symmetrical and the eye goes in a diagonal line from the corner instead of a curved shape.
