Burn scar/keloid treatments? (Photo)

What kind of treatments are available for these type of scars? What are my options? They're from previous liposuction it's been 13 months since that surgery. Also, who are the best at treating these specific type of scars? I know I won't ever get 100% improvements, I just want to flatten the scars and possibly lighten them so I can get a tattoo over them. Thank you!

This is best approaced through combination of laser treatments with some steroid injections. Afterwards some lasers to reduce the pigmentation.

We prefer simple treatments that work. Start with Plato's Scar Serum, laser therapy, and Kenalog IIT to help smooth out your scars.

There are many options for this type of scar.  I suggest you seek a formal consultation with a cosmetic dermatologist who specializes in scar treatments.  Injectable steroids with or without 5-FU and microneedling/prp would be helpful in addition to laser options. Also, surgery with or without radiation can also help. See an expert in scarring. Dr. Emer.
