Well nothing is easy - but it does mean you have to change what you eat and how you eat. My suggestion would be to eliminate all bread, pasta, rice, grains, anything made with sugars or grains. Then have at least one cup of cooked vegetables with lunch and two cups with dinner - along with a small amount of protein. You should lose weight easily with this.
