Skin graft scars? (Photo)

6month after plastic surgery of skin graft, it's my skin graft at nose look ok? How can i flatten and lighten that graft? Need improvement hm. By the way its not about cancer, it about wrong cosmetic use cause my nose damage.

Hypertrophy

The graft has  thickened a bit. check laser resurfacing to this it down and then afterwards some vascular laser to reduce the redness.

Melapads and Kenalog IIT to your nose

I would start with Melapads and Melarase PM applied topically, followed by Kenalog IIT and fractional laser.
