The findings and symptoms you describe suggest the presence of a breast cyst. This cyst may swell due to hormonal changes during your menstrual cycle. Although this is a benign condition it should not be ignored. A visit to your primary care physician would be appropriate to rule out other more serious conditions. You can also discuss imaging through an ultrasound or mammogram. This is not likely related to your breast implant but a visit to your plastic surgeon would be worthy.
