INFIN PRP and TCA CROSS- Picosure Focus
I am currently treating a patient with almost exactly the same type of scarring as you - broad box car scars. Will do a video on how I approached this Asian gentleman. My initial treatment was with INFINI PRP- ideally 3 sessions, I also combine TCA CROSS for focal narrow box car scars, and Picosure Focus as a no downtime treatment. This combination should improve your scars by 50%. If you can tolerate the PIH, fully ablative erbium laser can help. The video below shows how I approach acne scar revision in ethnic skin types. All the best, Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.
Let's Try TCA
Acne treatment requires a combination approach and may take a series of treatments for improvement. Fillers like Bellafill or Sculptra or Radiesse for broad "boxcar" or "rolling" scars. Eclipse Micropen for all types of scars and improvement in texture and tone. Lasers such as Co2 / erbium laser resurfacing or Fraxel/Clear+Brilliant or radiofrequency treatments (Viva) to improve the scars and give long term collagen production. TCA cross can be beneficial for your skin type. See an expert in acne scarring. Best, Dr. Emer
Severe acne scarring
I'm sorry you haven't had success. Many of these look like boxcar scars. Infini is a good choice for acne scars. TCA Cross also might be helpful. Filling with Bellafill in the deeper scars can help too.
