Hello, I would love some help with sizing and type of implant. I have had a consultation and my surgeon recommended between 250-275cc high profile below muscle.. but the surgeon was erring on the side of 250 given my frame. I am torn between the 250-275cc at the moment. My thoughts are: if there is not much difference between 250 and 275 should I just go the slightly bigger size, but then I also don’t want them to look too big or be obvious given my smaller frame.

Dual plane and subfacial which will age better over time? Im 32 and no kids but will like to hsve kids in ghe future. Whst placement holds better over years? Im quite thin and active - weight lifting I know the pros and cons but still struggling to decide on placement. I will be getting 285 with fat grafting. Answer

I am ready to book my consultation for breast augmentation. I have found a collection of inspiration Photos of the style and shape of breast surgery I would like; round, upper pole fullness. I’ve also found a surgeon in my area who has phenomenal reviews; However, none of his photos look like I want, his style appears more natural, teardrop etc. Would you book the consultation with the great review surgeon or find someone further afield, perhaps not as many awards etc, but more “my style” ? Can you phone in advance to ask for more photos of their work in my preferred style?

Answer

To my amazement I had a poking suture after 16 years from a procedure when I was 29. Mini tummy tuck. The surgeon used blue permanent stitch. I had no idea. They advise me that they don’t use those anymore and that I could just snip it and let it heal. Should this not be removed from my body? Can it be done with local anesthetics?

Can I get a tip plasty using only suture techniques? I have a bulbous tip with thick skin and would prefer minimally invasive and preservative procedures. I am interested in changing my tip projection, lateral Crura/dome width and maybe alar base width and nostril shape subtly. Is this kind of procedure still relevant in the medical aesthetic field? I have read studies but many are ten years old or older, and would like to know updated information . Thank you

Answer

I find tip of my nose too bulbous and flared, and my nostrils are different sizes. I have a bit of a dorsal hump but i'm not concerned about that all. Overall, i'm looking to get a narrower and slightly sharper nose tip, while keeping it harmonious with the bridge. I want the most natural results with no lift to the top or extreme sharpness. I just want something that fits my face better and doesn't pull all the attention into my mid face, because my mid face is bit narrower so my nose sticks out even more. What minimal procedures do you recommend to balance it out?

Hello, I am currently 167 pounds and 5’8 and 31. I have never had a butt. I am trying to get rid of my stubborn fat so I want to schedule a Lipo 360 and a BBL. However, I have a wide rib cage and not a lot of hips. Is it possible for me to have an hourglass figure.?

Answer

Hi, I’m looking to have surgery in the next few months, I’m very specific on what I want my BBL to look like, I do in a sense want it to look natural, I feel that I have a good foundation and the look that I want does look natural. I’ve included myself and my wish pics, I‘m wondering if I should be adamant that I don’t want my hips to be filled in, I would like to keep the dips or as much as I can. Also I don’t want a very large butt. Most of my wish pics, the women have more projection in their lower butt than the shelf part , I also want my waist to look very smaller and slim. Is that possible? Or will I have to get my hips filled in, I included pictures of myself. Also, do you think my surgeon will recommend me to gain more weight? I’m currently 160lbs and 5’5. I want my butt to have overall projections yes, but a bit more at the bottom almost like a curved slope? Or would it be the middle?

Answer

Two years later and I ve been experience pain in my hips and certain parts of my Butt. At first is was on one side and I also noticed that a huge dip on my hip/side butt had appeared last year by the time of my 1 year post op appointment. I've expressed that concern to the surgeon who at that time, advised me to get hip dip filler to correct the dip. I never got he filler because Im nervous about it migrating. However fast forward to now and the other side of my hop is also aching. I don't know what is going on. My surgeon also has stated he doesn't know. if anyone has any information about the please advise what is causing it to hurt after two years. I feel it more when I sit or lay on my butt/ sides.

I am planning a tummy tuck. I would like to add breast work as well to my surgery. I do not want implants. I am overall happy with my size, however I would a little more perkiness and perhaps more upper fullness and cleavage. I would like to even out my breast size, how does that effects the procedure? Would I Benefit from a lift, and if so, what kind. I understand not all the fat survives in a transfer, but do you feel I would be a good candidate?

I had a breast reduction over a year ago through insurance and about 400 grams was removed from each breast. I terribly miss the size and regret the reduction. If i get 425 cc implants will they be the same size as before? do grams of fat and cc of implants correlate in that way?

Answer

Hi everyone! I am a 32-year-old female seeking advice on early facial aging. Over the last few years—following a stressful period of grieving—I have noticed a distinct midface drop and subtle changes around my eyelids. The aging is quite asymmetrical; I have a noticeable jowl on one side of my face that really bothers me, while the other side is relatively smooth. My History & Treatment Goals: The Problem: Mild but asymmetrical midface sagging and a prominent single-sided jowl. Prior Procedures: I had a fat transfer to my cheeks, chin, and lips 2 years ago. I also had a HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) treatment, which actually made my jowl look worse and more deflated. What I Avoid: I do not trust non-surgical energy devices after my HIFU experience, and I absolutely do not want dermal fillers. I am looking for a permanent, structural fix. Preferences: I prefer minimal visible scarring, a shorter duration under general anesthesia (or deep sedation), and lasting longevity. Given that my sagging is early/moderate but asymmetrical, which approach would you recommend? I am researching endoscopic midface lifts, SMAS facelifts, and deep-plane facelifts. I’ve read that endoscopic lifts have shorter scars but may not last, while deep-plane lifts offer incredible longevity but require a longer incision.

I have been thinking about upper eyelid surgery but then I am wondering whether it will be enough to open my eyes? I have very obvious extra skin on my eyelashes and a having a lower set brow does not bother me personally, as long my eyes are not covered by the skin. Can I do well just with the eyelid surgery (which is faster and less costly)?

Answer

I photos to an oculoplastic surgeon as an evaluation form before a consultation, and I just got a message back that the doctor does not consider me a candidate for lower blepharoplasty. Based on my pictures does that seem right? It feels hard for me to believe because I feel like my under eyes are some of the worst I’ve ever seen for my age. I know there are probably other factors but I’m just so upset, I was so excited to have a solution to the main thing that’s bothered me my whole life

I am thinking of getting lipo done to my flanks and abdomen, but I am unsure if I have enough fat on my flanks and love handle area. Can any surgeons clarify? Also, does my waist area count as flanks and do I have enough fat to remove from there? I am 105lbs and 158cm (5’2) tall. So my bmi is 19. I am also 20 years old.

Answer

Hi, I am 24 years old and I have lost over 30kgs over the past 2 years. I am currently 56kgs ans 157cm however my arms are still quite big and holding on to fat. I have also noticed laxity in my arm and underarm area and whole tricep area is all stretch marks. I feel like my skin is thin and I’m not sure if lipo will help or if any procedure would be better
